The bed was exceptionally comfortable and everything was clean. Setting was marvellous, we were next to La Lonja de la Seda.

Mind-blowing location, loads of space, super clean, great value for money. Staff arranged affordable airport transfer. City offers amazing culture, food, beach, old town and a fantastic park. Free Wi-Fi, fully-equipped kitchen, electric kettle, cookware/utensils, flat-screen TV, and cots if needed.

Centrally located & easily accessible to major attractions. Full kitchen facility with washing machine which is great since laundry is quite expensive in Spain. Also has an outdoor terrace if you get the apartment on the top floor.

You need to check-in & collect the keys from 50 flats which is quite a distance away (5-10min drive). If you need any other facilities such as complimentary internet access, additional appliances such as hair dryer & kettle, these are complimentary but you need to get them from 50 flats.

The personnel was helpful! They offer easy check-in and simple check-out option, everything went great. Room with good amenities, 2 single beds, as for instance.

As a solo traveler, I loved the spaciousness of the apartment with two bathrooms. It was perfect for a family of 4.

Ideally located for exploring town centre. We stayed in duplex apt number 9 on the 3rd floor (lift access) which had 1 shower room and 1 twin bedded room downstairs (plus open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer/washing machine/dishwasher/microwave and electric 2 plate hob plus sufficient plates etc.) and 1 shower room and 1 twin bedded room upstairs plus a double bed on the open plan mezzanine floor. Apt had central aircon/heating and free cable internet. Very competent check in/check out staff.

Unfortunately no on-site reception does require you to go to 50 flats to check-in. However, you can get the Metro red line from the airport to the "Angel Guimera" station (the reception is then just a 5 min walk away) and then the 11 flats is a 15 minute walk so not too bad.

I had fab stay at great value for money!

everything was great and i got wake up calls for free. bed was exceptionally comfortable. had a walk-in shower. location was great, close to barrio del carmen. the staff was very polite and polite all the time.

Excellent location in the historic area, within walking distance of all attractions. Basic but comfortable accommodation with a comfy bed and good shower. Useful amenities like a microwave, washing machine, and full-size fridge. Secure access with a code for the main door. Perfect base for exploring the city.

Felt so well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

I booked the room for a group of lads on a midweek trip... It served the purpose of our visit very well, but it was very difficult to find by car and not much local parking options. The local nightlife was very near, which suited us down to the ground, but the nearest metro is quite a distance away. All in all it was good value for money and just what was required for our group of four.... we did book the 5/6 apartment though.

The only down side to our visit was the key collect from 50 flats which is fifteen minutes walk away, and not the easiest to find either as all the streets are tiny back streets and very confusing..... Just glad we didn't have to go back there at the end of our stay.

Would not stop at these flats again!

We loved exploring the local customs and Valencian traditions while practicing our spoken Spanish. The range of different activities available made our stay truly unforgettable. We also appreciated the convenience of the 24h download in the Becheckin application, which made check-in a breeze. it was a fantastic experience for both couples and families.

My kids wished there were more children's channels available on the TV.

The location of the apartments were excellent

I did not like that I had to go to 50 flats first to collect keys. It's hassle when your lugging bags from the airport

Location - lots of clean towels - comfy beds - clean bathrooms - we had apt 9 it was spacious - smooth efecient check in/key collection - particularly liked that you can use the hostel nearby to leave luggage/internet access, they were very helpful

Kitchen/living area was a bit sparse, ok for 2 nights but for a longer stay would have liked more furnishings/kitchen equipment
